If the shoot has not happened yet, I will send you a Shoot Day Data Collection Sheet, which can be assigned to a Green Steward, Production Assistant or Runner to note down or photograph some details on each shoot day, such as the catering menu.

Around two weeks after the last shoot day, after the last invoices have been received, share your projects call sheet, production folder, invoices and the completed Shoot Day Data Collection form.

Q. Do I need to register with AdGreen before hiring you?
Yes, AdGreen requires each production company to have an free account, but I can guide you through setup if needed.
Q. How long does carbon calculation take?
After the shoot has been completed and the last invoices have been received, it typically takes one week to complete carbon calculations. This can take longer depending on producer response times and if there is any essential data missing that needs clarification from external organisations.
Q. What if I don’t have all the data yet?
No problem — I can help you estimate missing figures and highlight what’s essential for compliance. In some instances, external organisations may need to be contacted to retrieve missing data.
Q. Do you advise on reducing emissions?
Yes, as an optional extra I can provide tailored recommendations for cutting carbon on future shoots based on your report findings. This can be done over a video call or as a document.
Q. How much does carbon calculation cost?
Depending on the size and complexity of the shoot, I charge a £250 per shoot day that has occurred on the project. Post-shoot consulations are charged as an extra shoot day.

Q. Can you do carbon reports for shoots in the past?
Absolutely, If you have the job folder, invoices and a producer that was on the shoot to answer a couple questions then I can do a carbon report no matter when the shoot was done.
Q. Can you complete carbon reports for shoots done through service companies?
Yes, however it will depend heavily on the data that the service company provides me, as I will not be able to view their project folder or invoices myself. This will require the service company to be briefed about the intention to complete a carbon report before the shoot has occurred and for the service company to be on-board in answering a lot of questions in detail for the carbon report to be compliant.
